Well, a lot of people definitely love this combination car seat. We personally had a radian xtsl and two Britax Marathons beforehand, but recently decided to purchase the Britax Frontier 85 because of the recommendation from our friends.

- -The first thing I love to buy is its ease of installation – I had real trouble with Radian, for example. There were definitely several ways to do it, but we decided to use the vehicle belt – just following what the instructions say. Unlock the hardness and the rear belts, and wrap the vehicle belt so that it fixate the car seat properly.
- As usual, the car seat is fixated probably when it cannot move more than 1 inch whenever you try to apply force to it. It is really both a great relief and joy to know that you are in possession of such a wonderful car seat that will ensure safety for your little baby.
- -It is really one of the safest, if not safest combination car seats ever. I have two kids, and the hardest version fits perfectly my younger one, and the booster version has been told to be amazing, as well. Of course, it is essential if you want the car seat the safe for it to fit your baby as the first priority – you can’t get this done yourself, probably you should call the professional technician who can do it for you.
- -There are seven colour combinations for the Britax Frontier 85 series, and you can choose from such distinctive parents as Livia (perfect for little girlies),Red Rock (our favorite, and our child loves it, too), Onyx, Maui Blue and others. There is really a great pool to choose from.
- -The special technology of side protection seems to work pretty well, as well. One person on the forums said that only thanks to this little technology she was able to save his two kids when he was driving at 50 mph and got into a collision accident. Ensure that you have this Britax, as well, – the roads can be dangerous, sometimes.

As you can see, without the side protection of, which many other models of booster seats and car seats lack, you are exposing your child to immense danger. I can attest that on some of my car seats, there is no side protection.
- -Soft material. Well, this is the only aspect that can raise some complaints, but it’s more of a matter of one’s personal taste. Some will prefer harder seats, but others will prefer softer materials like foam. We personally found no difference here, as the most important thing is to keep the child in the harness position and protect him or her from the damage of collision. Whether the seat is soft or hard doesn’t really matter, in my opinion – as long as the seat it doesn’t break during the accident, and Britax surely will not.

We personally did not hesitate when we heard recommendation from my friend, and when she said that it managed to save her two kids during the unfortunate accident. I really love feeling that my babies are in incredibly safe an incredibly comfortable Britax car seats.
The last time I checked, which was in the beginning of September, the prices were lower than I thought they would be.
